Fall often brings some of Washington’s finest months of fair weather with temperatures in the mid 70s and cool evenings. Heavy short rainfall is not unusual so be sure to bring an umbrella and a light jacket. Click here to view the forecast.
To participate in all events, plan to arrive the afternoon of Tuesday, October 2 and depart on Friday morning, October 5.

Join us and enjoy a progressive meal held at three critically acclaimed family-run restaurants, a fully guided historical walking tour in between each restaurant stop, including stops at several historical sites.

Backstage Tour and Scavenger hunt at the National Portrait Museum - $100 per person
The halls of the National Portrait Gallery are home to an amazing collection of famous, infamous and obscure faces. Take a walk through the origins of America (as told through art) and visit the presidents from the past to the present. This is not your typical museum experience rather an utterly unique and completely engaging trip through history. The evening will culminate with a reception and dinner at the famous Clydes of Gallery Place.
