The content rich agenda covers a range of leadership, management and performance skills necessary in building a career in banking. Cancellations received before November 1st will be charged a $50 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after November 1st. Substitutions are always welcome and encouraged. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in written format prior to the event.
