Associate membership in the Utah Bankers Association is available to organizations and individuals who furnish services to the financial industry. Your membership can assist you in acquiring new clients and give you ideas and resources to better service your customers. As an Associate Member you will have excellent exposure to UBA member banks. Member banks are encouraged to contact Associate Members before they buy.
Utah Banker Magazine
UBA Associate Members receive a subscription to the Utah Banker Magazine. The Utah Banker is published six times per year by Newsletters, Ink, in cooperation with the Utah Bankers Association. The publication has a distribution of 1400 copies per issue and is distributed to all members and prospective members of the UBA, which includes banking and financial services professionals throughout Utah. Registry of Utah Financial Institutions
UBA Associate Members receive a copy of UBA’s Registry of Utah Financial Institutions which is published on an annual basis. Access to this directory is limited to UBA member banks and associate members. Your contact information and a description of your services are listed in the registry yellow pages which are often referred to by bankers in selecting suppliers and consultants. It can also help you when making bank calls as the names, addresses, phone and fax numbers of all of Utah’s financial institutions are included.

Utah Bankers Association Annual Convention
UBA Associate Members are invited to participate in the annual UBA convention held in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho. For interested associate members, a variety of sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities exist, or you may simply choose to register and attend as a convention participant. Associate members have first right of refusal for vendor and sponsor opportunities and receive a significant discount on exhibit space. Regardless of your participation, UBA Associate members receive special recognition in conjunction with the convention.
UBA Conferences, Workshops & Schools
UBA Associate Members are invited to participate in a variety of UBA sponsored conferences and workshops. These events include, but are not limited to, the Operations and Technology Conference, Consumer Banking Conference, Ag Conference and Compliance Conference. For interested associate members, a variety of sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities exist, or you may simply choose to register and attend as a participant. UBA Associate members have first right of refusal on exhibit and sponsorship opportunities for these events. In most cases, preferential rates for exhibit space are available to UBA Associate Members.
UBA Educational Offerings
UBA Associate Members are notified of and invited to participate in programs of the UBA Education Division. These programs include but are not limited to seminars on a variety of banking topics, telephone seminars, classes, conferences and workshops on banking topics.
Selected Mailings
UBA Associate Members receive selected informational mailings from the association regarding industry news, legislative updates and banking topics.
Membership Fee
The annual fee for Associate Membership is $750. Membership term is for one year and will be billed annually depending on when the first payment is received. All Associate Member applications will be reviewed for credit worthiness and stability and are subject to Board approval
